Jim McCormick will be first up to answer your questions as you prepare to set your lineups.
by Keith Lipscomb9/15/2013 1:53:45 PM
I'm in here and even though it's a few minutes early let's get started. Welcome to Week 2 (let's not count that Pats/Jets game)
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 1:59:09 PM
Should I start carson palmer or andy dalton
by bgraefser9/15/2013 1:59:13 PM
A battle of red heads -- going with Palmer here. Even with Fitz potentially limited or even out (I'm sure we'll talk Larry today), I like the vertical daring Arians offense and the potential for a shootout with Detroit.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:00:13 PM
Good Morning...white or shorts? thanks!
by Mike9/15/2013 2:00:17 PM
Just so we can try to cover this now and offer a precedent -- I am aligned with Christopher Harris on this one; simply not playing Roddy White given the potential for a very limited snap count and usage. I am ok being wrong on that one, since it's injury and not a performance speculation. Shorts has nice matchup here.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:01:29 PM
Boldin or TY Hilton? Thanks
by Funky Bunch9/15/2013 2:01:31 PM
With Browner dinged, I don't think they drape Sherman on Boldin, so I'd go with the high-volume vet.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:01:59 PM
Morning Jim! Decker, D. Williams or Owen Daniels at FLEX in PPR? Draw straws?
by Flexing My Tight End9/15/2013 2:02:10 PM
I'd go with the tailback here -- as I do in most cases -- it's just that Williams' floor for yardage is nicer given the prospect of 15-plus touches.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:03:04 PM
Safe to drop redman?
by Mike9/15/2013 2:03:09 PM
I think so -- we've seen that movie, and it wasn't very good. I think it's either stash Le'Veon Bell when and where possible and otherwise I'm out of that backfield.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:03:52 PM
Nicks or Bowe? Standard league
by Zack9/15/2013 2:03:54 PM
I don't think we heard or saw enough about how capable and spry Nicks looked in Week 1. Things being close? Going with the guy on the far more aggressive passing offense in Nicks.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:04:33 PM
Should I start cj spiller today?
by Titans469/15/2013 2:04:50 PM
"No" - your opponent.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:05:10 PM
Fitz injury is effecting my Cardinals. Start Palmer or Pryor? J.Thomas or Mi. Floyd at flex?
by Kevin9/15/2013 2:05:18 PM
I do like Pryor's ability to mask a one-read passing game with running production, but I'd much rather have a guy who might drop back 35-plus times vs. Pryor's limited passing upside. Going Thomas at flex -- signs are warming to Fitz being a go, but that's still just speculation.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:06:50 PM
Jordan Cameron or Owen Daniels
by Seth9/15/2013 2:06:52 PM
I'd prefer Cameron; just believe he's a more consistent big-play weapon than Daniels in his respective offense. Would need to look it up,but not sore Daniels ever has had 13 or more targets in a game either.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:07:47 PM
In a PPR league with bonuses for long TDs, Lamar Miller or Daryl Richardson? Thanks!
by Murph9/15/2013 2:07:51 PM
I am still invested in Miller's upside here, but I like Richardson more. It's just a far clearer scenario for work from all evidence we have; hard to say if Miller gets 12 or 22 touches, Richardson should get a healthy batch.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:08:45 PM
do you think Daniel Thomas finds the end zone today?
by Andy9/15/2013 2:09:15 PM
This is what Daniel Thomas was asking himself in the third person today. No one really knows, still. But if I was putting a prop on it, I'd say it's just as good as Miller's.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:10:45 PM
Austin or Hartline?
by James N Tasha Hart9/15/2013 2:10:53 PM
Going Austin here -- just more red zone appeal if we put targets and yardage somewhat close.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:11:24 PM
Mike Wallace, Brian Hartline, or Antonio Gates in my flex?
by A matthews9/15/2013 2:11:46 PM
Can't say Gates should get much flex love anymore. Between the Fins, going Wallace for a make-up week target-wise.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:12:49 PM
Thoughts on David Wilson?
by Cody9/15/2013 2:13:05 PM
I am still in on him -- I think he's a top 15 fantasy tailback and as soon as this afternoon the buy-low window could end.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:13:42 PM
dallas cowboys, buffalo bills or Kansas city chiefs?
by Chris King9/15/2013 2:13:46 PM
Going with the Boys -- facing conservative offense limits the turnover appeal a bit, but I think with sacks and points the floor is relatively solid.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:14:56 PM
Tavon Austin or Mike Williams
by chilo9/15/2013 2:15:00 PM
In a PPR it's Austin for some underneath work vs. the Falcons, but in standard going with Williams for the red zone upside in what could be another shootout.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:15:47 PM
Ryan Mathews or James Jones at flex in a ppr league?
by mehnertk9/15/2013 2:15:57 PM
I'll take Mathews for just a safer yardage floor and total touches.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:16:27 PM
Is marlon brown a start this week? i do have golden tate on the bench
by Eddy9/15/2013 2:16:33 PM
I prefer Brown; it's an amazingly rapid shift in perception and expectation after one week, huh? But it's not really just talent, but roles, and Brown could see double-digit targets today with Flacco so starved for options.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:17:31 PM
Andrew luck or Colin kaepernick?
by firstname.lastname@example.org/15/2013 2:17:44 PM
Going with CK here -- that "No Coast" scheme in Indy isn't my favorite for fantasy.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:18:11 PM
DECKER OR SHORTS FOR WR3???
by TEXAN DANE9/15/2013 2:18:22 PM
Shorts might see a bit more volume, but I value Decker's looks more given that they are more likely to be in valuable red zone scenarios and what not. I think Decker was a few moves from a reasonable season debut, and he should be fine here.
by jmccormickespn9/15/2013 2:20:03 PM
Couple of Receiver issues. Chris Givens or B. Hartline? The Other is DeSean Jackson or Jordy Nelson? Standard points league
by goofybird289/15/2013 2:20:14 PM
I like Givens for a big day -- long score, that type of thing. Gong Nelson over Jackson, just more red zone appeal and similarly soft matchups.
